As the year is ending we all are preparing for the holidays of course and it is no different here at UChat. Never the less we are still working on new content for you and this past week it was no different so let's take a look at what goodies we prepared for you 😁

New AI Template

We have added a new free template to the template store which enables you to set up a full customer service and support system fully powered by AI.

It is called Customer Service by AI and this is a fantastic way for any business to start setting up this kind of system into their chatbots.

Best part..... it does not require you to know any coding what so ever!

Now this is pretty cool right?

You can download this template for free and customize it however you see fit. The only thing you need to do is connect your OpenAI account in your workspace settings and you are good to go.

We are aiming to release a new AI type based template once a week to empower you and see how these kinds of templates will help you in simplifying your flows by reducing nodes and at the same time provide the same functionality and more even.

Want to level up your Facebook chatbots?

Well this is already possible by using the Facebook API actions inside the flow builder. You can set up lead form automations and provide amazing follow ups or even use your chatbot to create new posts for your Facebook pages.

Above is just a very short list of actions available to you. There are also many for ads as well for you to use and explore.

In order to make sure you have a complete understanding we have added all the available actions to our knowledgebase which you can view at any time you like.

Example of what you can do is create a content calendar where AI generates a post description for you every day and post it using the create post action.

Now tell me that is not the coolest thing and saves you ton of time weekly?

Adding conditions inside of WhatsApp Flows? 🤯

Yes this is completey possible and again UChat made this available to you without you needing to know a single line of code.

If else conditions are easy to set up which can bring more functionality to your flows and reduce the number of screens you have to set up for them even!

This opens up many different use cases on which you can use conditions for and set up really unique flows.

Empowering your live chat agents

It seemed a lot of users were unaware of an amazing feature in live chat named Agent Assist

This allows you to ensure your agents always have a reply to give to the user by adding AI into the mix. The AI can analyze the current conversation so far and will be able to generate a reply based on pre-set topics you can train it on.

The live chat agent or supervisor only needs to select the correct topic and the AI will take care of the rest. Once the reply is created the agent only has to press a button to add it to the existing conversation.
