Welcome to yet another weekly recap of stuff happening at UChat. This past week we were focused on creating much needed content on a section that has become more popular over the last few weeks and months with both beginner as well as advanced users.
In total we recorded 9 videos for a new workshop series which we will get into in just a bit, but we also have had some other content for you as well.
So let's get you up to speed again and see what you might have missed these last few days 💪
New Feature: AI prompts
Now this feature is an amazing one as it provides live chat agents with much more resources to help hand out better custom service to the bot users.
First let me show you the walkthrough;
Pretty cool right?
Imagine serving international clients but instead of needing to translate your replies with google translate by going back and forth browser tabs, you can now do it directly in the live chat conversation with the user. This is of course just one of many use cases so do try it out yourself and see how you can make best use of this awesome new feature!
As mentioned in the video this is just the first step as it can be used by live chat agents only. In the future we will also look to see if we can enable it for user messages as well.
Experiencing slow platform speeds?
Sometimes it can be frustrating but whenever this happens it is important that we receive as much information as possible so we can properly troubleshoot the issue. This is often needed because it cannot be replicated on our end so we are reliant on the information you as the user who experiences it can provide to us.
We recorded a walkthrough of how to collect that information so we can help you resolve it much faster.
Have a look
So be sure that whenever it happens that the platform is slow for you to go over the steps in the video and then provide the needed details by submitting a ticket.
What's this workshop series about?
Well as mentioned at the beginning there is a specific sections of the platform that is being explored more and more these days and that is the mini app section.
If you have no clue what it is then in short you can create your own integrations with other platforms without the need to wait until UChat does so. It gives you the freedom to develop the integrations that matter most to you and your clients which makes the platform very flexible in what you can offer.

In total we created 9 videos that serve as the foundation on all that you need to know about the Mini app V2. We chose this one because it is flow based which is similar as to how you build your chatbots inside the platform.
I won't display all the videos here as it will take up unneeded space but we do have a complete playlist on our channel you can view. Just access it here and you will be directed straight to it.
In time we will add more advanced videos to the playlist as well to help you with deeper understanding and knowledge as to how use this amazing feature to its fullest potential. For now enjoy the current walkthroughs 💪
Better management of chatbots
We have added a new endpoint to our partner API documentation which now also enables you to delete chatbots in workspaces that fall under the partner whitelabel.

Do take extra caution if you want to use this because once deleted it cannot be recovered. Link to the actually endpoint can be found here.
Anything else?
Well not for the past week but we are currently working on a huge new feature called AI agents!
This beauty will make it easier than ever to add AI to your chatbots with a central hub to manage your AI agents to handle all sort of sections. You can add your knowledge/data to it, set up actions and triggers to post or pull in information.
I am really excited for this one and the potential to set up complete AI bots in minutes!
Hope to bring you more info on this in next weeks' recap. For now wishing you a productive week ahead and I will talk to you soon.
