Through the Main Dashboard Overview

You can access Live Chat from the main dashboard, at the very top you have a Live Chat tab.Over there you will find all your chatbot channels. Pick one, and you’ll see all your subscribers chats

If you are already in a specific chatbot channel. Just click the Live Chat option, and you’ll see all your subscribers chat.

  1. Chat bot Subscriber List

    • It’s like your customer contact book.  Easily search for users, check their profiles, and keep all your conversations neatly organised in one place.

  2. Conversation Area

    • Chat, manage, and keep things neat. You can even hide bot messages or mark chats as "done".

  3. Agent Reply Area

    • This is where you write your responses. Add some personality with emojis or use pre-made replies to save time.

    • Just switch between Reply Mode (what the customer sees) and Note Mode(for your team only).

  4. Subscriber Profile

    • You will get all user information from here! Add notes, apply tags, or update user details

Urgent tasks can be dealt with urgently! Set priority levels to tackle the most urgent issues first, while keeping lower-priority ones organized for later.

And you can also add comments to your tickets! Whether you’re making a request, adding a description, or discussing details with others, The comments will help to deal with the ticket more effectively! 

You can go to livechat and in the Subscriber Profile section you will see a tickets icon! Where you can create the tickets

It will ask you to fill in the required fields you’ve set up for the template and automatically add the item to the list.
