As this week is already in full progress we almost forgot to let you know about last week. As we are totally re-energized after the holidays we have made quite some progress on new templates, new tutorials, blog post and we have started to roll out new updates as well so let's get into things to catch you up on last week!
we have recently released 3 new templates that are fully powered by AI. But as it can be daunting to understand how they work we recorded step by step walkthroughs explaining what each node inside the template does so you have the full understanding and can learn from it.
All 3 templates contain unique features, are available in the UChat template store through your workspace, and here is a quick summary of what they do as well as the video walkthrough
With this template you are able to quickly create any type of quiz to your liking and at the same time once created run it. The AI will lead you through the creation process and will do all the heave lifting for you.

It is a fun and easy way to get people engaged with your chatbot. You can add rewards at the end of the quiz according to the number of points to increase your sales and at the same time the customer gets a nice discount.
Now tell me that is not a win win for all parties involved?!?
Whether you are a fitness fanatic or want to start working out for any reason then this template will help you craft the perfect exercises. The AI will ask several questions to get more insights as to the location, equipment available, duration and how many times a week you are able to commit.
From there it will start processing all those points and create a customized workout plan for you in just mere seconds!

Well maybe after my workout. But joking aside this template is amazing as with just a few nodes you got yourself a fully working ordering system. You can use as is or customize it by adding your products to it instead. It takes on the full order, customer details, payment preference and whether it needs to be delivered or picked up.

Enough about that though let me see what else did we work on..... AH YES!
Well it happens to me almost on a daily basis. Working on a nice and smooth automation for an hour or two then once done I am testing it just to see it does not work as expected, only to try and troubleshoot it for hours more and no idea why it happens.
We've all been there right?
Well did you also know that you can save yourself the hours of troubleshooting if you use a unique feature in UChat you can troubleshoot the majority of issues yourself?
Well here is how
That will save you time to wait for the support team or once you confirm there is still something wrong you have more info to give to the support team for further help but at the same time speed up the troubleshooting on their end.
Again a complete win win in my book 😁
Providing support can be a high intensity job and often agents are forced to have multiple tabs open to check for resources to provide a decent answer. This takes time and often what happens is that agents do not have full focus on the conversation they have with the customer.
But what if you could empower your agents to access those resources directly inside the live chat conversation with the user?
Well you can and quite easily as you can see above. Myself I am using this feature to connect to my CRM which is also my lms and directly access the user's account there to troubleshoot access to courses, not seeing any emails from landing in their inbox and so on.
Saving me a lot of time on daily basis so do have a try at this and see what you can connect to.
Nothing wrong with platforms such as ActiveCampaign and Mailchimp of course. But why not combine conversational marketing directly with your email marketing campaigns?
UChat also has this feature. Not just to send default text emails but also the ability to create amazing looking emails just like with Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign.

Using inbound webhooks is an amazing feature inside of the platform but there was always a doubt as to how many daily you have left. Through api calls you could map them but not everyone is that technically skilled and it should not have to be that difficult.
Well now you can just check it on top of the inbound webhook section. Just a small update but it takes away any doubt or confusion as to how many daily webhooks you have left
Previously agents could access the full media library from live chat to upload images and files. so any uploaded resource by any agent was visible to all. That could lead to some privacy sensitive issues so we pushed an update to give you a choice.
Inside the workspace settings you can now enable Media Library. what this does is it allows to show and manage the medias which uploaded by the current agent only instead of all of them.
So now I am going to first get some exercising done with my new workout plan just generated and after treat myself to some slices of pizza.
Probably not the best combination and defeats the workout but these features triggered me haha.
